Burial place marked by an irregular stele enclosed by a sectional arch carving. An engraved inscription on the front, an engraved signature below on the right. The gravestone together with monument no. 24 enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron bar.

S. + P. / Pawel / ZAJĄCZKOWSKI / Koll. Afesor / zm. 18 Grudnia 1860 r. / Stroskana Siostra tę / Pamiątkę poświęca / prosi o westchnienie //.
