Tombstone of Piotr Urban

Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth, banded as coffin lid and base. Cross cusped at base, not preserved, on a two-stage moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered corners, in which an engraved inscription.
