Burial site marked by an irregular stele on a base with a concrete mantle. On the stele an engraved cross, below an engraved inscription.

According to Waclaw Wejtka's file, there was also a wooden cross here with a tin plaque bearing the inscription: S + P. / Ze Zwierowiczów / Walerja / Chrzanowska / Died 25. VI. 1932 / at the age of 80 / Peace to Her Soul //. Three stele and a cross (not preserved) originally enclosed by an iron fence.
