Tombstone of the Alois, Mokrisch, Mrózka and Taube families

Jabłonków | Czech Republic

The burial place is marked by a tombstone on a high base, at the head of which is an aedicula on a plinth. The aedicula is framed by pillars supporting a gabled pediment. On the front of the pediment is a convex metal cross with the head of Christ, wearing a crown of thorns. Inside the aedicula a plaque with a ritual inscription (1). On the plinth a jardiniera. The plinth framed on the sides by lower cuboids with metal lanterns. The tombstone closed with a segmental arch, on it a relief carved cross, below it an engraved inscription (2). On the front, in the lower left corner a signature.

1. FAMILIE / ALOIS / TAUBE  / RODZINA / MRÓZEK //.

2. MIEJSCE SPOCZYNKU / MARJI MOKRISCHOWEJ / RODZ Z MACOSZKOW / *17. XI 1870 + 16 II 1931 / NIECH ODPOCZYWA W POKOJU //.
