Burial marked by a cross on a rectangular pedestal resting on a base, inscriptions carved in stone No. 1. on the transverse arm of the cross concerning the Tschisch family, No. 2. - concerning Ewa Czyż (see object 01).

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

a gravestone consisting of two parts - a plinth with an inscription concerning the deceased Ewa Czyż (see object 01) and a cross with an inscription concerning the Tschisch family, on the back wall of the cross, at the crossing of arms - traces of bolts, on the back of the cross - a concrete band in the shape of a coffin lid gravestone probably moved from the old Catholic cemetery, secondarily placed in the area of the arranged small cemetery at the church of St. Francis
