Burial place marked by a gravestone on a base, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross on profiled plinth. The arms of the cross with a hexagonal cross-section, the right arm partially lost. Holes from the figure of Christ are visible on the cross. The first and second steps of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front of the second step of the pedestal an engraved inscription (1). On the front of the first step of the pedestal an engraved inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
