Tombstone of the Figurny and Włosok families

Karviná | Czech Republic

Burial place marked by a tombstone on a high base, at the head of which an aedicula on a plinth and base. The aedicula framed by pillars with chamfered side edges on the front supporting a gabled pediment on lower cuboids with chamfered side top edges. On the front of the pediment a relief carved metal head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns, inscribed in a cross. Inside the aedicula a plaque with an engraved inscription (1). The plinth framed on the sides by lower cuboids with metal lanterns. On the front of the plinth an engraved inscription (2). The base covered with a wider slab. Gravestone consisting of three panels, the central one, set higher.
