Tombstone of the Gieryng family

Burial place marked by cross on base and two-stage plinth. Cross on moulded plinth. The first and second steps of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal on the front (1) and right (2) panels with relief inscription.

Inscription:

1. Ś. + P. / LUDWIK / GIERYNG /ZM.14 KWIET. 1923 R. / W WIEKU LAT 66. / -.- / Cześć Twej pamięci / najdroższy Mężu i Ojcze! //.
2. Ś. + P. / WACŁAW / GIERYNG / ZM. 5 IX 1927 R. / W WIEKU LAT 35. / Pokój duszy Jego //.

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła, the gravestone was originally fenced. There was also a plaque attached to the gravestone in memory of Michalina Gieryng. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the inscription on the plaque reads: S + P. / of Łagunów / Michalina Gieryngowa / Died on 29 March 1935 / at the age of 72 //. The gravestone mentioned in: A. Śnieżko, "Rossa - miasto umarłych. Groby zasłużonych", vol. 1, Wrocław 1970 mps in the collection of the PAU Kraków, pp. 137-138.
