Burial place marked by a slightly convex slab framed by two narrower slabs on a band. At the head a stele on a two-stepped pedestal. Stele framed by cuboidal pedestals of uneven height. In the upper part of the panel, a plaque with an engraved inscription. In the upper part of the stele at the front, two elliptical fields, probably of portrait porcelains and mounts probably of a figurine. Below an engraved inscription (1). On the second step of the pedestal an engraved inscription (2)

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
