On a pedestal a stepped light-skewed, thick, gabled slab on which is a plastic cross in the upper part. Inscriptions: on the slab to the left (1) and right (2) of the cross under the transverse arm and under the cross (3).

Nebout Abel, 91 years old, resident in the fourth arrondissement, buried 16 December 1864, annual number 1286, death certificate number at the merostie 1453, son born 15 September 1873 at Montignac-le-Coq (Charente), son of François Nebout and Jeanne Boine, husband (married 14 September 1907 in Paris) of Hélène Marie Camille Félicie d'Oppeln Bronikowski.

Félix Marie d'Oppeln Bronikowski, born 18 October 1846 in Saint-Amand (Cher), died 5 November 1905 in Paris at his residence at 34, rue de l'Entrepôt. Son of Félix Napoléon d'Oppeln Bronikowski and Marie Félicité Denizot. Head of the office (chef de bureau). Married on 24 August 1882 in Paris (11th arrondissement) to Marguerite Alexandrine Chevanne, born on 4 January 1850 in Paris, daughter of Alexis Clemence Chevanne and Ernestine Grojon. At the time of her marriage, she was living with her mother at 32 boulevard du Temple. Witnesses included Marie d'Oppeln Bronikowski, aged 38, captain of the artillery at Versailles (Seine-et-Oise), brother of the groom (AdP AM Paris 11e, no. 1382 of 1882). Buried on 7 November 1905 (annual no. 598) in the Soupé crypt. Exhumed on 14 February 1917. (annual no. 511) and reburied in the same crypt (2112-1881). Also buried in the Soupé crypt on the same day was Alexis Clemence Chevanne, originally laid to rest on 11 January 1882 (annual no. 1842) in division 35 (AdP AD Paris 10e, no. 4655 of 1905).

Hélène Marie Camille Félicie d'Oppeln Bronikowski, born on 15 June 1883 in Paris in her parents' home, died on 28 May 1938 in Paris at 4 rue de la Chine, residing at 3 Cité Joly. Daughter of Marie Félix Emmanuel d'Oppeln Bronikowski, chef de bureau, and Marguerite Alexandrine Chevanne, residing at 15, rue Baudin, Paris. Wife of Abel Nebout. (AdP AN Paris 9e, no. 1107 of 1883, there annotation of marriage to Abel Nebout). Buried on 1 June 1938 (annual number 932). Death certificate registered at the merostie under No. 2162 (AdP AD Paris 11e, No. 1429 of 1938, transcription).

Marie Marguerite Alexandrine Chevanne, born 4 January 1850 in Paris, died 21 September 1938 in Paris at her residence in rue Méchain. Daughter of Alexis Clément Chevanne and Ernestine Grajon. Widow of Marie Félixe Emmanuel d'Oppeln Bronikowski. She resided in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Buried on 24 September 1938 (annual number 1448). Death certificate registered at the mayor's office under number 4504 (AdP AD Paris 14, no. 4504 of 1938).
