Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross on plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides, closed gabled. Engraved inscription on the plinth at the front.

Ś. + P. / Amelja / URNIAŻ / UR. 4 CZER. 1888 R. / ZM. 1902 / S. + P. / PAWEŁ / URNIAŻ / 22. GRUD. 1923 R. / W WIEKU LAT 65. / Pokój ich duszom! //.
