On the base, a high tumulus without a lid (filled with gravel) semicircular from the front, at the head on a low base a high stele ending in a triangle, in the upper part of the stele a medallion with a relief head of a woman in profile, traces of a fence. Inscription on the stele.

Pauline Marie Zacharezuk, born on 30 May 1850 in Paris, daughter of André Louis Théodor Zacharezuk and Françoise Élisabeth Leclère. She died on 28 April 1870 in Paris in her parents' flat at 11, rue Neuve-Popincourt, and was buried on 1 May 1870 (annual number 2809, general number 332466). Exhumed in August 1876, reburied on 3 August 1876.

Jeanne Pauline Clémence Zacharezuk, born 4 October 1881 in Paris, daughter of André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk and Marie Angélique Allely. She died on 15 October 1886 in Paris in her parents' flat at 6, rue Neuve-Popincourt, and was buried on 17 October 1886 (annual number 780). Death certificate number at the merostère: 3493

Renée Marie Zacharezuk, born on 6 February 1889 in Paris, daughter of André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk and Marie Angélique Allely. She died on 23 April 1890 in her parents' flat at 6 rue Neuve-Popincourt, and was buried on 24 April 1890 in div. 80, row 3, g. 1 (annual number 573), concession no. 398-1888. transferred on 27 October 1890 to this concession (annual number 6602).

André Louis Théodore Zacharezuk, born on 14 August 1820 in Paris at 20 rue Chapon, son of André Zacharczuk (1785-1865), engraver in metal, born on 8 September 1785 in Pluez (?) in Poland, died September 1865 in Paris, and Marie Louise Étiennette Pradon (1784-1860), born 30 June 1784 in Paris, died 14 December 1860 in Paris; married 1819 in Paris. Engraver, residing at 11, rue Neuve-Popincourt, husband of Françoise Élisabeth Étiennette Leclère (married 28 March 1848 in Paris). He was granted the right of abode in Paris by Decree No. 388 of 1 July 1871. He died on 28 April 1890 in Paris at his residence. His death was reported by, among others, his son André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk, engraver, residing at 6, rue Neuve-Popincourt; father of, among others, Marie Pauline and Élisabeth Camier, née Zacharezuk. He was buried on 30 April 1890 in the Père-Lachaise Cemetery in div. 80 row 3 gr. 1 (annual number 645), concession no. 398-1888. transferred in October 1890 to this concession

Marie Angélique Zacharezuk, née Allely, born on 2 October 1851 in Paris, daughter of Adrien Auguste Allely and Clémence Bazoge. A painter on porcelain (peintre sur porcelaine), she lived with her parents at 146 rue Saint-Maur in Paris before her marriage. First wife of André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk; married on 19 September 1878 in Paris. Three children from the marriage: Jeanne Pauline Clémence Zacharezuk (1881-1886), Francis Paul Zacharezuk (1887-1954), buried in the family tomb at Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine), and Renée Marie Zacharezuk (1889-1890). She died on 31 August 1895 in Le Raincy. Transferred from Le Raincy and buried on 2 September 1895 at Père-Lachaise Cemetery (annual number 3412).

Françoise Élisabeth Zacharezuk, née Leclerc, born 25 October 1827 at Gasny, daughter of Joseph Lecler and Marie Julianne Morel, wife of André Louis Théodore Zacharezuk; married 28 March 1848 in Paris. Eight children from the marriage: Marie Hortense Élisabeth (1849-1849), Pauline Marie (1851-1870), Henriette Rosine Adrienne (1857-1857), Henriette Rosine Ernestine (1858-1899), married to Charles Joseph Hocquel, Jenny Élisabeth (born 1863.), Élisabeth Jenny Adolphine (1865-1866), Élisabeth Augustine Louise (1868-1949) and André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk. She died on 27 February 1910 in Paris. She was buried on 1 March 1910.

André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk, born 5 February 1853 in Paris, son of André Louis Théodore Zacharezuk and Françoise Élisabeth, née Leclerc, engraver in steel (graveur sur acier). He died on 17 April 1930 in Le Raincy and was buried on 21 April 1930 in the Père-Lachaise Cemetery (annual number 2523). His first wife was Marie Angélique Allely. His second marriage took place on 26 May 1901 in Paris to Augustine Marie Richard. The couple divorced in 1918.

Léontine Angélique Legue, born 18 January 1891 in Saint-Malo, daughter of Célestin Legue (born 1860), a plafondier, and Thérèse née Bénard (born 1858). She died on 4 April 1964 in Le Raincy. From her union with André Paul Joseph Zacharezuk, she had a daughter, Gisèle Andrée Thérèse Zacharezuk. In the 1931 census she appeared as Léontine Zacharezuk. In 1931, she married in Le Raincy to Louis Clovis Tarlet
