Tombstone of the heart of King John Casimir in the former Benedictine church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris

The research carried out was aimed at elaborating the history of the creation of the tombstone of King John Casimir, its transformations and conservation works. as well as defining the artistic circle of its creators, their rank at the court of King Louis XIV and the value of this outstanding work against the background of Baroque art in Europe. Project supervisor: Paweł Migasiewicz.

A monograph of Jan Kazimierz's tombstone has also been published, in Polish and French, which brings this outstanding work of art closer to Polish and foreign audiences.
