Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth and glazed base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front engraved cross with the letters: Ś P, below a panel with chamfered quarter circular upper corners with a convex inscription. A band in front of the gravestone. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of steel pipes connected to 7 cuboidal posts, decorated on each side with panels. In front on the axis there is an entrance. The monument in a common plot with the gravestones of Anna Najmowicz and Jerzy Najmowicz.
