Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on a moulded plinth, with chamfered edges, with mouldings. At the intersection of the arms a metal figure of Christ. Second step of plinth with chamfered top edges. First step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of pedestal stepped and widening at the bottom, on the front an engraved frame closed at the top with segmental arch, at the bottom with overhanging segmental arch. In it an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
