Burial place marked by a statue of St Stanislaus on a two-stepped plinth and four-stepped base, within a fence. Statue of St Stanislaus on its own base. He holds flowers in his right hand and a cross in his left. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth enclosed by a simplified beam. On the front wall an engraved inscription (1). Below a blank rectangular panel. On the right wall, engraved inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
