Cemetery in Bielawiny
Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lying next to gravestone. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with moulded top edges. On the front an engraved frame, in it an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWA / STANISŁAWA / FRAИASZCZYK / UR. 1913 + 1/11 1933 / PROSI O JEDNO / ZDROWAŚ [M]ARJO //.
