Burial site marked by a statue of Immaculata on a rock-shaped plinth and two-stage base. The statue on its own base. The Virgin stands on a globe, palms facing downwards in a gesture of blessing. She is dressed in a softly folded gown with her bare feet sticking out from underneath and wearing a maforium. Visible wavy hair flowing down to her shoulders. The plinth tapers upwards, on the front in a rectangular panel an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
