Burial site marked by angel figure on two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Angel on its own irregular base. He holds his hands in a prayer gesture. Dressed in long undulating robe. Long hair. Visible bare feet and wings. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth enclosed by Corinthian capitol, covered by moulded panel. On the front an engraved frame with chamfered quarter-circle corners, with an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
