Headstone marked with cross on plinth in concrete band in form of coffin lid and on base. Cross on moulded plinth. On the band at the front, the artist's signature in the lower right corner. The plinth with one-third chamfered sides, gabled. On the front of the plinth a plaque with chamfered corners, with an engraved inscription.
