On the base, the top right side of which is faced with a jardiniere with a rounded corner, a stepped flat slab, at the head of which is a stele with an arched 2/3-cut left corner, on the stele a tall bronze flower vase with a plastic Star of David. On the tombstone a photograph of Stella Rapoport on porcelain. Inscriptions: on the stele (1), on the burnt tile with painted tree (2), on the left side (3).

The tombstone bears a fragment of a poem by Charles Baudelaire entitled. "L'invitation au voyage" from the collection entitled "Les Fleurs du mal" (Polish title: "Flowers of Evil", 1857). "My child, my sister, Think of sweetness/ To go there and live together...".
