Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on its own profiled plinth. The face of the cross is glazed, at the intersection of the arms there is a medallion with a relief of Christ's head in a crown of thorns. The second step of the base and the steps of the pedestal, glazed, with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with a smooth face on which an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / SZYMON KRASNOPOLSKI / żył lat 44 zmarł 14.12.1900. / Prosi o Anioł Pański / Staraniem Syna / Pawła //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
