Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lying nearby. Cross with capped arms, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a convex carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with lesbian kimation, covered by a wider panel. On the sides carved frames with chamfered quarter-circle corners, on the front a panel with engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
