Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth, with arms in the form of a trillium, broken at ¼ height, leaning against plinth (as at date of inventory). First and second steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription.
