Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child Jesus on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The statue on its own base. The figures are dressed in long robes, with crowns on their heads. Mary holds a sceptre in her right hand, while in her left hand she holds a blessing Christ with an apple in his right hand. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. On the front an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with a smooth frieze, moulding transitions to a hipped canopy. On three sides, shallow niches with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in which relief carved figures of female saints wearing crowns (from the left: St. Agnes, St. John, St. Helen). On the front a panel with an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
