The burial place marked by a statue of St Theodora on its own two-stepped base and a two-stepped plinth with a two-stepped base. The figure of the saint dressed in antique robes with a crown on her head. Hands folded in prayer at breast height The second step of the base of the figure and the first step of the plinth chamfered at the top. On the pedestal step an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal enclosed from above by moulding and a pediment with glazing in the tympanum. On the front a secondary plaque with engraved inscription (1).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
