base, plinth and aedicula. A cross with arms terminating in trillions, filled with floral ornament, Christ crucified on the front, below a medallion with a relief wreath of palm branches, below a relief angel with a cross in the right hand and a raised host in the left. The base steps glazed, the plinth in block form. Aedicula to the front right and left framed by moulding adjacent to the chamfered edge. At the top a cornice passing into a canopy and simplified beam supported on spiral columns with capitals and bases, between them an engraved inscription.

Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
