Burial place marked by an obelisk originally surmounted by a cross on a plinth, on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The pedestal at the front with a relief floral wreath, surmounted by a sash, below a moulded panel enclosed by an overhanging full arch, with a ritual inscription. The first step of the pedestal finished with a simplified beam, the side walls with panels with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in the front in a panel a coat of arms. The second step of the pedestal finished with moulding, on the front an engraved signature. The first and second steps of the base in the form of cuboidal panels.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
