The burial place is marked by a tombstone in the form of a coffin lid, at the head of which there was originally a cross on a plinth. Cross not preserved, on a profiled plinth. The pedestal with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered corners, with an engraved inscription. A cross engraved on the tombstone. The whole is framed together with gravestone No. 48 by a common band.

Ś + P / [-] / W[...]A / M[...] / [...] LAT 77 / POKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.

ca.1910-1940
