A gravestone marked by a tombstone, at the head of which is a cross on a plinth and base. The arms of the cross terminating in caps. The right arm is partially lost. At the intersection of the arms a relief of the figure of Christ, framed at the bottom by a skull, above a titulus, with an engraved inscription: IN / RI //. The transverse arm of the cross is supported by two irregular supports. The cross transitions into an irregularly shaped vertical panel, on which is an engraved inscription 1. On the front of the pedestal a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, with an engraved inscription 2.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
