Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross not preserved. Base with moulded upper edges. Plinth with moulded upper edges and with chamfered semicircular corners. On the front an engraved frame with chamfered quarter-circle upper corners, within which is an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu / sp[oczywa] / WIKRO[R]IA / [H]ER[M]IA / z[y]ła lat [3]1 / [...] 1905 r.  P[ro]si o pozdrowienie / =nie [A]nielskie! //.
