Burial place marked by a slab on a two-stage base. On the top of the slab an engraved cross and an engraved inscription.

In the file of Waclaw Wejtka, under the letter P, card number 211, dated 1933. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is 'Catacombs C. I. N23'. At the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'tin with inscription'. The inscription identical to the present one.
