Tombstone of Władysław Zaleski

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front a shallow panel with corners of a quarter-circular arch, in which a relief inscription. The whole is originally surrounded by a cast-iron openwork fence, together with tombstones Nos. 12, 14, 15 and 16.

Ś.+P. / WŁADYSŁAW / ZALESKI / zm. 1 czerwca 1921 R. / W WIEKU LAT 83. /-.-/ prosi o pobożne westchnienie //.
