Tombstone of Zbigniew Kołłątaj

Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms the head of Christ in relief, wearing a crown of thorns, facing 3/4 to the right, with his eyes directed upwards. The plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a plaque with an engraved inscription. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and plinths connected by a cast iron bar and originally on the right by a chain. On the band to the front left an engraved signature.
