Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and a gravestone on a common base. Plinth with moulded walls and slightly curved sides, fronted by a spherically selected central section. An engraved inscription on the tombstone.

Additional information:

According to Lucjan Uziębła's file, the gravestone was concrete. This fact is confirmed by Wacław Wejtko in a note dated 12 July 1934. According to maps from the turn of the 1950s/60s there was only a slab or a band in this place. The contemporary form of the gravestone was therefore probably created after 1995.

State of preservation:

mosses, lichens, inscription illegible/not preserved
