Lubin Code
In the collection of the J. Paul Getty Museum in Malibu is the 'Lubin Codex', a fourteenth-century manuscript containing the legend of Saint Hedwig of Silesia. It was written in Latin in 1353 in Lubin, commissioned by Ludwig I, Duke of Brzeg, by the monastic scribe Nicholas Pruzia.
