There is a Polish section in the British cemetery. The necropolis is located near the former Polish settlement of Bwana M'Kubwa, which was home to Polish exiles known as Sybiracy-Africans in the 1940s. There are 47 Poles buried in the cemetery, but only a dozen or so tombstones have preserved inscriptions with their names. The Polish section, rectangular in shape, has been demarcated by stones and is directly adjacent to the road leading to the cemetery.
