Polish graves in the "Am Baderberg" cemetery

The Schwalbe V concentration camp, a branch of Buchenwald concentration camp, operated from 15 July 1937 to 11 April 1945 in Berga (Thuringia). In the cemetery "Am Baderberg" lie 315 victims of this camp, most of whom were Jews from many European countries. Among them are 15 Polish citizens (Poles and Jews).
The details of these people, together with a description of the cemetery, are available on the website of the project "Polish Memorial Sites and War Graves in Germany" carried out by the "Polish-German Reconciliation" Foundation within the framework of the task co-financed by the Ministerial Programme "Sites of National Remembrance Abroad": https://polskiegroby.pl/cmentarz.php?jez=pl&cmentarzok=282&miejsceok=495&landok=16.
