Monument to Marshal Piłsudski in Chernivtsi.

The Polish Gymnastics and Sports Society "Sokol" in Chernivtsi at its general assembly paid tribute to the shadow of the first Marshal of Poland, the late Jozef Pilsudski, by a two-minute silence, with Chairman Boronski emphasising in his speech the loss suffered by the Polish nation through his death.

In order to honour the Great Marshal in perpetuity, the President expressed the idea of erecting a monument on the Polish football pitch named after Basil Mokranski. This idea was enthusiastically received by the assembly. The new board was authorised to take the steps needed to revise this thought.
