Monument to the heart of Marie Leszczynska, designed by Louis-Claude Vassé. Made of cream-coloured marble. It is located in Nancy, in the church of Notre-Dame de Bonsecours in the chancel. Marie's heart rested in Nancy to commemorate her love for the place. The monument is a slab with an inscription, above which is a medallion with a semi-convex bust of Marie. It is covered by a partially carved marble cloth, held by two cherubs, visibly grieving. One of them, located on the left, holds a stone heart in his hand. The inscription commemorates the Queen on behalf of Versailles.
