In Pinsk, in what is now Belarus, there was a monument commemorating the construction of the Pinsk-Kobrin road. The monument consisted of three tall pillars, topped with stylised eagles. In front of them was a pedestal with a lower pillar, also topped with an eagle. The front of the pedestal was decorated with a plaque bearing an inscription.
