Rafał Radziwiłłowicz (1860-1929), born in St Petersburg, son of Ignacy and Oktawia née Medunicka, doctor of medicine, graduate of the University of Dorpat, doctor at the Therapeutic Institution in Nałęczów, at the Infant Jesus Hospital in Warsaw, at the St Nicholas the Miracle Worker Hospital in St Petersburg, head of the Warsaw Treatment Centre for the Mentally Ill in Tworki, founder of the Polish Psychiatric Society, author of some 40 scientific papers.
