"The Chopin Yearbook" is the scientific organ of the Fryderyk Chopin Society. Publication of the periodical resumed in 2018, after a seventeen-year break, thanks to funding from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (from the Fund for the Promotion of Culture) and the POLONIKA National Institute for Polish Cultural Heritage Abroad.

The POLONIKA Institute subsidised the publication of the Chopin Yearbook, which was reactivated after 17 years to mark the 100th anniversary of Poland's regaining of independence.

Volume 26 includes articles on the life and works of Fryderyk Chopin and the reception of his music, the musical and cultural background and the cult of the composer. "Rocznikniki" also contains a detailed list of new Chopinists in the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw.

The aim of the "Chopin Yearbooks" is to present the state of research and the latest trends in contemporary Chopinology, i.e. primarily scholarly studies on the life and work of Fryderyk Chopin (published in Polish with abstracts in English). "Rocznik" also contains a bibliography of Chopin-related publications appearing in Poland and abroad.
