The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Guarani das Missões (port. Santuário Nossa Senhora de Czestochowa) is located in the town of Guarani das Missões, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, about 18 km from the city centre.

The cult centre is associated with a large local community of Polish origin, and is considered an important pilgrimage site for the region. Every year, on the last Sunday of August, a pilgrimage (romaria) takes place here, bringing together worshippers from all over the region.
