Stanisław Trzebiński (1861-1930), born in the family estate of Papovce in Podolia, studied medicine in Kraków, Leipzig, Göttingen and Heidelberg, worked at the Infant Jesus Hospital in Warsaw and St Lazarus Hospital in Kraków, at the university neurological clinic of prof. Lapinski in Kiev, doctor of the Charity Society, Pension Fund of agricultural and industrial workers, member, president and secretary of the Polish Medical Society in Kiev, member of the Vilnius Medical Society, member of the Society of Friends of Science.
