Biography:

He studied in Kraków and Lviv. After graduation, he settled in Baku, where he worked for an oil company. In 1927, he habilitated at the Jagiellonian University and then went to Italy and then to Albania, where he became the chief geologist of the AIPA company, where he settled permanently from 1935. In 1947, he was arrested and died in prison.
