Biography:

Teresa 'Terka' Jablonowska (1863-1910), born in Turin, daughter of Karol Jablonowski and Ludwika Mohr, painter, lived in the 16th arrondissement of Paris at 37 rue bd Lanne. First wife of Maurice Bernhardt (1864-1928), playwright, director and theatre manager, son of the French actress Sarah Bernhardt (1844-1923) and the Belgian aristocrat Henri-Maximilien-Joseph de Ligne (1824-1871). The wedding took place on 28 December 1887 in the 16th arrondissement of Paris (AdP AM Paris 16 No. 728 of 1887).

From her marriage to Maurice Bernhardt she had two daughters, Simone (1889-1982), married to Edgar Gross, and Lysiane (1896-1977), married to Louis Collin-Barbié du Bocage, known as Louis Verneuil.

She died on 21 June 1910 in Paris at the age of 46, and was buried on 23 June 1910 at Père-Lachaise Cemetery in the concession with the annual number 3276 (AdP AD Paris 16e No. 937 of 1910).
