In Bohorodczany there was a monument commemorating the unknown heroes of Poland's struggle for independence. The monument-gravestone with a simple form had a centrally placed plaque with an inscription in Polish and Yiddish, which indicates the commemoration of heroes of both nations. The structure was probably located in a Jewish cemetery, which may be indicated by the matzevot visible in the background.
