Vicki Penfold, née Wiktoria Sandberg (1918–2013), born in Kraków, was a painter and sculptor of Polish origin.

She studied art in Kraków, and during the Second World War she was deported to the USSR and sent to work in a labour camp. After her release, she lived in Africa and the Middle East, before settling in Western Europe. From the 1960s onwards, she was associated with Paris and the artistic circle of Oskar Kokoschka, where she developed an expressive style of painting.

From the mid-1960s, she lived in Tenerife, where she played an active role in the artistic life of the Canary Islands – she exhibited her work, ran a studio and created paintings, sculptures and prints. Her work is characterised by strong expression, the dominance of emotion over realism, and great freedom in the use of colour and form.
