Biography:

Wincenty Trojanowski (1859-1928) - artist, painter, sculptor, padegog active in Poland and France. He was a graduate of the Warsaw Drawing Class under Wojciech Gerson and Aleksander Kamiński (1878-1880), a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg (1880) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich under Alexander von Wagner 1885). In 1904 he founded the School of Applied Art. He specialised in medal making. He was the author of the urn for Tadeusz Kościuszko's heart, which is in the Tadeusz Kościuszko Museum in Solurna.
